Sky/Sea Hybrid Auction (CLOSED)

Man this took longer than expected
I'm trying to practice effects and I've had this kind of hybrid concept in my head for a while now!
The blue spots DO glow!

When it's hunting its tentacle-tips and eyes glow to attract prey, and it has barbs on the bottoms of its tentacles instead of suction cups.

Bio (may be changed once the character is bought)
Name: Nocturne
Gender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Personality: He likes to be secluded most of the time, taking to the deeper shadows of the ocean. Jellyfish tend to follow him because of his glowing spots, and he enjoys their company. Many find his looks intimidating, which he enjoys because it makes them stay away.
Natural weapons: Can breathe underwater (the glowing parts in between his neck scales closer to his head are gills), Can communicate with seaWings using his glowspots, Has very sharp claws.
Other: His communication is limited because of his limited glowspots. His barbed horns are due to a mutation in the horn genes between the SkyWing horns and SeaWing horns.
